Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase from The Royal Elegance, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition to qualify for a return. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare and makeup products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective. In such cases, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product. Once your return is approved and received, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
